About the event

Your instructor, Kris Korba, uses all kinds of machines professionally, and has some great tips to help keep machines running smoothly. Learn the difference between 2- and 4-stroke engines; what the most important maintenance tasks are for each; how to check and change oil, oil filters, air filters, and batteries; plus tips for bringing machines out of winter storage and putting them away in the fall.

We are hoping to follow this event with another, in March, about basic repairs, including a "repair potluck" for your broken stuff!

This event will be in-person and capped at 20 attendees. Current and aspiring producers are encouraged to attend.

Please enter through the north driveway with the orange cone and then drive past the house all the way back to park.

Note: Scholarships are offered for this event. We recognize that money may be a limiting factor to whether people can attend these workshops or not; we hope that a scholarship can help to alleviate any financial barriers you may be experiencing in attending our educational events.
