About the event

Take a peek into the barn of a small-scale goat dairy with Kate at The Art of Cheese. You'll learn about different breeds, how to care for goats (shelter, kidding, & milking), and options for what to do with the milk.

An optional cheesemaking class will be held afterwards.  More info can be found here.

This event will be in-person, outdoors, and capped at 30 attendees. Current and aspiring producers are encouraged to attend. RSVP to attend!

Note: Scholarships are offered for this event. We recognize that money may be a limiting factor to whether people can attend these workshops or not; we hope that a scholarship can help to alleviate any financial barriers you may be experiencing in attending our educational events.
