About the event

In this event, attendees with gather to learn from Taylor Sanders as she demonstrates how to properly slaughter a chicken and process it for consumption. Attendees may elect to only watch, or they may also choose to participate.

Please note that slaughter is an inherently dangerous activity and may be an emotionally-challenging event. Guests are encouraged to attend bearing caution and respect.

Masks are optional for vaccinated attendees. Those who are not vaccinated should choose to wear a mask for this indoor event.

Note: Scholarships are offered for this event. We recognize that money may be a limiting factor to whether people can attend these workshops or not; we hope that a scholarship can help to alleviate any financial barriers you may be experiencing in attending our educational events.
