About the event
Join us at Lazy Acres Ranch where we will get the chance to learn about the BCS walk behind tractor and how to drive it yourself! We will also get acquainted with the Tool Library and what kinds of machines and tools are available to our farm community. This educational workshop will be Sunday March 29th!
FFC will provide light snacks and coffee for our morning, so please be sure to RSVP. We greatly appreciate your sign ups so we can anticipate the number of folks attending.
What to wear:
Closed toed shoes
Layers
Glasses/sunglasses
Mask or earplugs if you wish to drive the BCS.
You are also welcome to watch and learn!
Parking is in the back, the FFC wooden sign will be directing you where to go! The area we will be working in is close to the entrance
Dogs onsite but behind a fence.
Schedule:
9:45am-10:15am - Arrive and have coffee/refreshments
10:15am-10:30am - Basic BCS overview with Kris Korba
10:30am-12:00pm - Hands on demo for those willing and ready for it!
